The 'Home Sweet Home' singer was arrested in March following an allegedly violent row with former girlfriend Alicia Jacobs at the Las Vegas Hilton.
Last week, Neil agreed to accept a plea deal in his misdemeanor disorderly conduct case in order to avoid a possible one-year jail sentence.
Neil was not present during Monday's hearing, but was represented by his attorney Richard Schonfeld.
The presiding justice of the peace dismissed a more serious domestic violence charge and officially closed the case when Schonfeld paid a $1,000 (£624) fine on Neil's behalf, reports PA.
Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard will kick off a UK tour next month with a concert at the LG Arena in Birmingham on December 6.
