Lara Bingle: 'Michael Clarke and I are still friends'

Lara Bingle has revealed that she still speaks to Michael Clarke.

The Australian swimwear model, whose engagement to cricketer Clarke was called off after her involvement in a nude photograph scandal last year, said that she has been watching him in the build-up to his Test series in South Africa.

She told the Herald Sun: "We talk a lot... he was a massive part of my life. I don't follow cricket all the time but since he has been captain I am his number one supporter."

She also said that she is yet to meet Clarke's new girlfriend Kyly Boldy.

Bingle, who has been spotted kissing model Didier Cohen and was romantically linked to rugby player Danny Cipriani since her split from Clarke, said that she is currently happy being a single girl.

"I'm not looking," she said. "Not at all. I find that when you start looking you never find anyone."

Bingle is scheduled to relocate to the US on Saturday in a bid to become a success in the international modelling industry. She said: "There's nothing I can really talk about yet, but I know I just have to spend more time there."
