Robert Pattinson: 'I'm more insecure since success of Twilight'

Robert Pattinson has confessed that he struggles with self-doubt.

The Twilight star revealed that he has become a more insecure person since finding success in the acting world, claiming that he is "almost sick at the sight of [himself]" because of his high profile.

"I think a lot of actors think about that all the time. You have to confront your insecurities quite a lot, and I have plenty, plenty of insecurities," Pattinson explained to MTV News.

"Even more [now]. Before, you could kind of bulls**t yourself all the time. If no-one cares about you, you can be like, 'I'm the greatest person in the whole world'. You can be completely delusional."

Pattinson was recently charged by an unruly fan outside of the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios, causing security to step in.

The actor's long-time girlfriend and Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart recently insisted that she does not care what people say about her and that she has learned to largely ignore the media.
