Liam Hemsworth can't "figure out" why Miley Cyrus is with him

Liam Hemsworth has admitted that he struggles to understand why Miley Cyrus is with him.

The Australian actor, who has been in a relationship with the singer and actress for the past two years, said that maybe she just likes people who are "goofy".

Hemsworth told Who magazine: "I'm still trying to figure out [why she chose me]. I'm kind of a goof."

He also joked that he loves nothing more than taking Cyrus out for dinner and watching her dribble her food everywhere, saying: "There is this place in Nashville called Steak and Shake, which is pretty much the best food, ever. That is our secret, sexy place to go.

"When I look over at her when she's biting into a steak sandwich and there is some steak sauce dripping down her chin, there is nothing sexier than that."

Hemsworth recently revealed that he likes keeping his relationship with Cyrus private, saying: "The main thing is that we know how we feel. We know what's going on. It can get complicated bringing the rest of the world into it."

He also explained that honesty is the most important part of his relationship, saying: "I like to put things on the table. I like when other people do that as well - you don't really get anywhere if you keep it all bottled up. You need to talk about it."

Hemsworth and Cyrus split in November 2010, but reunited earlier this year.
