Kris Humphries 'denies Kim Kardashian divorce refusal'

Kris Humphries has reportedly denied that he is refusing to allow his divorce from Kim Kardashian to progress.

The pro basketballer married Kardashian back in August. However, the reality star filed for divorce just 72 days later on October 31.

The couple met for crisis talks at Humphries's home last weekend, but Kardashian has apparently instructed her lawyers to continue divorce proceedings.

Humphries was alleged by Life & Style to have refused to sign divorce papers, as he is "willing to do whatever it takes" to save his marriage.

However, a source close to Humphries said that the 26-year-old has accepted that his relationship with Kardashian is over.

"It is not true that Kris is not going to sign the divorce papers," the insider told E!. "He's sad. He doesn't want a war. He's laying low."
