The X Factor judge is the latest star to join the campaign, aimed at encouraging teenage girls and families in the UK to drink more low fat milk.
"I really believe that looking after your body makes you feel good on the inside and happy on the outside. When I'm feeling fit, I also feel confident and comfortable in my own skin," Rowland said.
"I like to eat healthily and milk is an important part of that; I have muesli with semi-skimmed milk when I wake up in the morning and now that I am spending this winter in London, I love to pick up a latté on my way home from the studio when it's cold outside!"
Previous celebrities to have sported the famous milk moustache include Harry Potter's Rupert Grint, Ryan Reynolds, Pixie Lott and Elle Macpherson.
The 'make mine Milk' effort launched in April 2010, and has now entered into its final year of funding. More information can be found on www.makeminemilk.co.uk.
