Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline is reportedly obsessed with the career of his wife's former flame Justin Timberlake.
The aspiring rapper recently met with record company executives thanks to Spears' connections, and the resulting confidence boost has helped him to see himself as a tough competitor for the 'SexyBack' singer.
A source told Star magazine: "Kevin is totally preoccupied with Justin's music career. He's incredibly jealous of Justin's musical style, his sales and his popularity."
"He's convinced himself that he's going to be the next Justin, only better. Kevin even told a friend that he's going to 'pulverize' Justin on the charts. He says he's got the hottest producers in the business and that he can write killer rhymes — and that all Justin has is a silly falsetto and a bad haircut," they added.
