The Baywatch star and former Playboy playmate will play Jesus's mother on CTV and The Comedy Network's A Russell Peters Christmas.
Michael Bublé, Jon Lovitz, Ted Lange and Scott Thompson will also feature in the show, The Hollywood Reporter says.
The network has described the special as "an irreverent twist on the Christmas special making it unlike anything viewers have seen before".
Anderson will reportedly appear alongside Peters in a comedy sketch scene as part of the show, which will also feature musical performances, stand-up and stop-motion animation.
A Russell Peters Christmas airs on December 1 at 9pm ET on CTV.
Anderson has said that she is "not really interested" in having any more plastic surgery.
The model and actress recently appeared in the UK's latest series of reality TV show Big Brother.
