David and Victoria Beckham, Shakira, Bollywood stars for India party

David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, Shakira and a number of Bollywood actors are expected to attend a party in Udaipur, India.

The event, to celebrate the birthday of property developer KP Singh, will take place on Tuesday evening, reports The Times of India.

"For the function, David and Posh were expected to land in Mumbai on November 13 and to be flown by a special chartered flight to Udaipur on November 15," a source revealed.

Shakira and Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor are both reportedly performing at the party, which will be held at the Rajasthan city's lake palace.

"The highlight will be Shakira's performance. Shakira's band also includes 30 drummers. She will rehearse for an hour before her main performance in the evening," added the source.

Udaipur was used as a filming location during the making of James Bond film Octopussy.

In 2007, Nicole Kidman shot a film with Slumdog Millionaire child actor Rubina Ali.

The Australian actress is said to have replaced Shakira in an upcoming Bollywood project.
