Susan Sarandon "moved" by daughter Eva Amurri's wedding commitment

Susan Sarandon has confessed that she was "moved" while watching daughter Eva Amurri walk down the aisle.

Amurri, who announced her engagement to Kyle Martino in December 2010, married in a private ceremony last month.

"I was very moved by the strength of Eva's commitment and her certainty," Sarandon told Hello about the event.

"The lead-up to this moment was effortless because it was so obviously right. She was the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, full of love, generosity and strength."

Sarandon previously praised her future son-in-law Martino, describing him as "fabulous".

Amurri confessed that the process of finding the perfect wedding dress was an arduous one but insisted that the gown she finally chose was "very [her]".
