'Twilight' Nikki Reed: 'My wedding was like Bella's in Breaking Dawn'

Nikki Reed has said that her own wedding had much in common with Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward's (Robert Pattinson) in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1.
The actress, who plays Rosalie Hale in the vampire movies, tied the knot with former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald in a private ceremony in Malibu, California last month.
Talking to MTV News, Reed revealed that many have drawn comparisons between her wedding and Bella's, and with good reason.
"I saw the movie last night for the first time, and what Bella says to Charlie is exactly what I said to my dad right when we were going to start walking down," Reed recalled.
"She says, 'Don't let me fall', and I was wearing these high shoes and walking down this cobblestone hill, not a smooth glide to the altar. I kept saying to my dad, 'Please, don't let me fall. I'll just take my shoes off. I don't need to walk in shoes'. He's like, 'It's going to be okay'."
Reed has described her wedding day to McDonald as "the most magical day of [her] life".
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 opens in US and UK cinemas this Friday (November 18).
