The news comes one day after Yeater's attorney Jeffery Leving denied reports that she has dismissed her paternity claim against Bieber, insisting that he is attempting to resolve the matter out of court with a DNA test.
Text messages allegedly sent from Yeater's phone to a friend, who is referred to as John, have been obtained by TMZ and appear to cast doubt on the father of baby Tristyn.
In a text sent on Wednesday, Yeater allegedly asked John to "erase all messages" from her mother and promised to "kick" him when a settlement with Bieber is reached.
John also gave the website a series of Yeater's messages from this past summer, where she allegedly named an ex-boyfriend named Robbie as her baby's father.
"[John] would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son's life?" read one message.
John has given the messages to Justin Bieber's attorney Howard Weitzman, who denied that the popstar ever planned to settle the paternity suit with an out-of-court payment.
"This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story… There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be," Weitzman insisted.
Yeater has previously said that she has evidence to prove Bieber fathered her children and also expressed fears for her and her child's safety.
Bieber has steadfastly denied ever meeting Yeater, but admitted that he expects more false allegations about his private life.
