The singer has designed an avatar for the bullying prevention charity's global virtual march on January 31, which seeks to have bullying explicitly enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Jenkins said: "Beatbullying's The Big March 2012 is such a brilliant campaign and I am very proud to be a part of it.
"I have been a victim of cyber bullying myself and I know firsthand just how hurtful it can be. People think that they can hide behind computers and send nasty and hurtful comments to people, and this is wrong."
She added: "Children should be able to live a life free from bullying and harassment and it is time that we all took a stand against this.
"Bullying in any form is unacceptable and this is why I am urging for more people to sign up to The Big March 2012 and unite the world against bullying."
Other stars joining the campaign include Pixie Lott, Aston Merrygold and Jedward.
Earlier this week, Jenkins hit out at a Twitter user who repeatedly accused her of exploiting her father's death for commercial gain.
Jenkins's TV presenter fiancé Gethin Jones has revealed that he had been bullied as a teenager.
