The Smile singer has been constantly sending text messages to film director Nick Love, telling friends that she regrets their break-up and believes he is "the one".
A source told The People, "Lily is obsessed with Nick. She's been sending him one text after another. Since hitting No.1 with Smile she's got more and more confident of winning him back."
The pair dated for three months before Nick dumped Lily because his career had taken off in the US.
