Yeater's lawyer Jeffrey Leving recently said that the DNA test was still on, after it was rumoured that the paternity suit had been dropped.
Braun told Maria Menounos on yesterday's Extra: "He's ready to take a paternity test, at any moment. We have one scheduled for tomorrow."
Braun added: "He doesn't mind, he's like 'I'm just going to go ahead of it and be fine'."
Bieber also chimed in, saying that "it doesn't matter".
Braun then spoke of their plans to take action against Yeater because they don't want it to be "okay for everyone" to make similar claims in the future.
He explained: "We've never even seen the lawsuit, but we're going to just get ahead of this thing and go right after it. I think it's important to hold people accountable for their actions."
