Emma Stone: 'I looked like an alien at Golden Globes'

Emma Stone has said that she looked like an alien at the 2011 Golden Globes.

The Easy A actress was stunned by her appearance for the awards show, admitting that she scarcely recognised herself.

"I didn't even look like myself; I looked like an alien. I looked like a different person," Stone told Stylelist. "That's really a nice feeling!"

The 23-year-old went on to say that she is no fan of her fair skin.

"There was a time where I could not stand the pale," Stone said. "It's built into my DNA to think tan is incredible."

In the same interview, Stone joked that she has probably scared Diane Keaton by talking about her so much in interviews.

Stone was recently nominated for 'Favourite Movie Actress' at the People's Choice Awards 2012. The show will broadcast live on January 11 on CBS.
