The basketball player has allegedly deemed his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York to be more substantial than the fee he received for appearing.
"He has a legal team investigating," a source told Life & Style magazine. "He's claiming his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told and wants more cash. He's also really worried about how he's going to be portrayed on there."
Kardashian and Humphries divorced on October 31 after just 72 days of marriage.
The pair allegedly split after Kardashian witnessed Humphries ridiculing her and her family while editing footage of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
It was reported yesterday that Humphries "belittled" the reality star during their relationship, with one insider calling his treatment of her "absolutely sickening".
