Kelly tweeted that her father was unable to spend much time with the Osbourne family during the holiday because he was focused on Black Sabbath's new studio album.
"Thanx [Black Sabbath] 4 ruining my thanksgiving by staying in the studio u miserable old tea drinkers! ps I'm bringing u food to the studio," she wrote on Twitter.
"Since its just me and my mum [Sharon Osbourne] in town looks like we will now be spending thanksgiving in the studio with [Black Sabbath], could be worse."
Kelly later joked that Ozzy apologised for his absence at the family's Thanksgiving celebration by making her a traditional English dessert.
She teased: "[T]o make up for the fact that my dad was w/ [Black Sabbath] recording he made me the best sticky toffee pudding for Thanksgiving dinner! <3"
Black Sabbath announced plans for a new studio album and a world tour on November 11.
The 'Paranoid' rockers will also headline the Download Festival in England next June.
