Daniel Radcliffe prepares for nude role

Daniel Radcliffe will ride a horse naked for his latest acting role.

The Harry Potter star will play stable boy Alan Strang in Peter Shaffer's Equus, marking his London stage debut.

The 17-year-old will star alongside Richard Griffiths, who plays his Uncle Vernon in the HP movies. Equus is expected to open in March.

"This is an extraordinary play and, yes, there is a scene of nudity in it, but that's not what the play is about," said Radcliffe's publicist Vanessa Davies.

"He finishes shooting Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in October or November and rehearsals are starting in January,"
