The Victoria's Secret model told late-night host Chelsea Handler that her husband needed an epidural for the pain more than she did.
"I was actually induced [during labour], so it was much more intense," Kerr explained to Handler.
She went on to say that childbirth has taught her to cope with pain.
"I was so determined to have a natural childbirth," she said. "Now I can much more easily handle a paper cut!"
Kerr gave birth to the couple's child Flynn in January.
In October, Bloom claimed that becoming a father taught him to ignore the "nonsense" of life, saying that he has been able to focus more on what's important since welcoming his baby boy.
