The Scrubs actor wrote and starred in the stage play at New York's Second Stage Theatre earlier this year, and he will now bring the production to the UK.
The play will open at London's Duke of York's Theatre on February 22, 2012 for a ten-week run. Before that, it will run at the Manchester Opera House on February 8-11, and King's Theatre, Glasgow on February 14-18.
Directed by Peter Dubois, the play centres around 35-year-old Charlie (Braff), whose birthday plans are ruined by three misfits who turn up unexpectedly at his beach house.
The run of shows in Britain will see a brand new cast lineup, which will be announced in the near future.
Braff signed up for a supporting role in Sam Raimi's Oz: The Great and Powerful earlier this year.
The actor was forced to deny that he is gay after his official website was hacked in July.
