Mel Gibson has been arrested for driving under the influence in California.
The Signs actor was pulled over by a Sheriff's deputy yesterday in Malibu at 2:36am, after he was seen speeding.
"Mel Gibson was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence. He was released later this morning. The investigation was still ongoing, just like it would be with any other person," a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told TMZ.
