Selma Blair: 'I'm going bald after giving birth'

Selma Blair has confessed that she has been losing her hair since giving birth.

The Hellboy 2 actress welcomed her first child, a son named Arthur Saint, with boyfriend Jason Bleick in July.

Blair has since revealed that the hormonal changes which accompanied her pregnancy have made her hair fall out in large amounts, a problem which she admits is "not glamorous".

"It just started falling out at the three-month mark. And I'm not a girl who likes extensions, so Selma's going to be bald!" she explained to People.

"This is so not glamorous, but it's true - I need to take longer showers so that I can collect the hair that falls out and throw it away so I don't clog the drain. Why do actresses never talk about that?"

Blair recently said that she is friendly with the paparazzi and will consider their photos of Arthur as a "scrapbook: of his childhood.
