The 36-year-old footballer, who currently plays for LA Galaxy, said that his next contract signing will probably be his last ever before retirement.
Beckham told the Herald Sun: "[Galaxy] definitely won't be my last professional contract [but] the next one I sign might be. I have a big decision to make now. I said I wanted to wait until the end of the season and obviously it's the end of the season now. I need to take some downtime and just decide what I need to do next.
"I've had other offers which is nice. It's always nice to have offers, especially at 36 years old, towards the end of my career. I have options. I'm still a Galaxy player right now and that might not change."
Beckham revealed that he is feeling "great" both "physically and mentally" at the moment, adding that his next career goal is to represent Great Britain at the Olympics.
"It would be pretty incredible," he said, "especially as the Olympics is in the part of London where I grew up as a kid."
The sports star, who recently became a dad for the fourth time when wife Victoria gave birth to daughter Harper, also reiterated his recent comments about the "surreal" life he leads in LA.
"You bump into famous people all the time," he admitted, adding that he has been weak at the knees with celebrity sightings "many times".
