Hilary Swank: 'Elastic-waisted pants are a must at Christmas'

The Resident actress confessed that she does not watch her diet during the colder months and indulges in all of her favourite unhealthy foods.
"[You have to have] elastic waistbands! So that you can eat a lot and let it stretch a little bit. You've got to have the elastic, and I think sparkles are always good for the holidays," Swank told US Weekly.
"Eat away! Starting on Halloween, all the way through New Year's, I'm eating. That's why elastic waistbands are a must."
Earlier this year, Swank was dropped by her PR firm after she accidentally attended a party thrown by Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov.
She has since apologised for the incident, saying that she was ashamed of herself for not being more aware.
