Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz finalise divorce

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have finalised the terms of their divorce.

The celebrity couple announced in February that they would separate less than three years after they tied the knot in April 2008.

A 103-page LA court document obtained by The AP reveals that Simpson and the Fall Out Boy bassist have reached a settlement following several months of negotiations.

However, details of a custody agreement for their 3-year-old son Bronx Mowgli Wentz have not been released.

Following their split, Wentz said that both he and Simpson were committed to getting along for the sake of their son.

Simpson was alleged to have drunk-dialled Wentz to declare her love in August, but her rep later denied that the incident took place.
