The 'Octomom' gave birth to eight children in January 2009 through IVF implantation, and has 14 children altogether.
She is said to have secured a six-figure contract to star in her own reality series to be hosted on Ustream, according to TMZ.
Suleman will present the series from her own home, where she will discuss "parenting, fitness, diet, nutrition, shopping on a budget and all those crazy rumours".
The series will reportedly launch later this month.
Nadya Suleman said earlier this year that she would "die" for her children.
She said: "I would die for my kids, I love my kids, they're my life, and I love them more than anything I've ever known. The first human I ever said 'I love you' to was my oldest son."
