Madonna has donated £1.7 million pounds to charity.
The money will help her own project, created with Jeffrey Sachs, to help orphans in Malawi.
Madonna hopes the money will be able to feed up to 1,000 children each day.
She told Time magazine: "The project is a privilege, the ultimate gift of being famous, or a byproduct. I know that this is why I am famous."
