Vocalist Mike Shinoda has asked fans to help the many Haitian families without power by donating solar powered lightbulbs.
Shinoda said of the charity drive: "We chose Haiti for this project because the country faces severe energy poverty. There are 34 million people in the Western Hemisphere who have no access to modern energy; 8 million of them are in Haiti. By helping Haiti we can make a huge impact, so it's a great place to start."
Fans can buy one solar powered lightbulb for a struggling Haitian family with each $10 (£6.41) donation to Music for Relief.
Linkin Park founded Music for Relief to help victims of natural disasters around the world.
The organisation has donated money and supplies to victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Indian Ocean earthquake and 2007's California wildfires.
