The Broadway industry in total has raised over $4.9m (£3.1m) to help those in need since beginning the charity drive.
Jackman has been starring in Back on Broadway since October, but will close the show on January 1, 2012.
The X-Men actor recently joked that his young daughter Ava thinks his stage show is boring.
