The actor - who portrays CIA operative Trent Kort in a recurring role on navy police procedural drama NCIS - has arranged a plea deal with LA prosecutors which has seen a battery charge against him dropped, TMZ reports.
The publication quotes Fisher as saying: "I have not punched someone since I was at school. That was 27 years ago. This seems to be an instant karmic justice for a bully."
He was arrested in September following a complaint from a neighbour who alleged that the actor tried to choke him during an argument.
Fisher has pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of disturbing the peace and was fined $50 (£32), although the fine was apparently written off by the presiding judge.
The British-born star is also known to audiences for his appearances in 24, Burn Notice, Charmed and Nicolas Cage action movie National Treasure.
He appeared in long-running ITV1 police drama The Bill and has lent his voice to a number of video games in the Kingdom Hearts series.
