Jack Nicholson has decided to tear down the house of long-time friend Marlon Brando.
The actor bought the house on Mullholland Drive in Los Angeles for £3.4 million following Brando's death from lung failure two years ago, and originally planned to restore it to preserve the Godfather star's legacy and for his children.
However, Nicholson was recently informed that it would be massively expensive to salvage the house due to extensive mould and structural instability.
The 69-year-old told The Sunday Times: “It’s [now] more likely that we will take the house down."
