Jodi Gordon, Braith Anasta set October 2012 wedding date

Jodi Gordon has confirmed that she intends to get married next year.

The one-time Home and Away actress confirmed her engagement to rugby league star Braith Anasta - captain of the Sydney Roosters - in August.

The Herald Sun quotes Gordon as saying that the wedding will be "off-season... [in] October".

It is rumoured that Melbourne-based designers J'Aton - who worked on dresses for Rebecca Judd and Natalie Bassingthwaighte's weddings - will collaborate with Gordon's personal stylist Kelly Smythe to create her wedding dress.

Gordon recently revealed in a magazine interview that Anasta's proposal was "very natural and real... just about us and setting up our future. There was something sexy about that."

The actress was named in Who magazine's 'Sexiest People 2011' list in November.
