Courteney Cox and David Arquette have admitted seeking the help of a therapist in order to work through problems with their marriage.
The couple realised they needed outside help after having a very public argument in front of paparazzi while on holiday.
Speaking to America's Life magazine, the former Friends actress revealed: "I could see how relationships break up if you don't go, 'What are we doing?' So we went to a therapist."
The star also spoke about her realisation that she has needs of her own to think about. "I'm a great caretaker but one thing I'm not good at is taking care of myself," she observed.
