Travis Barker and wife Shanna Moakler have confirmed that they are separating less than two years after getting married.
Dvora Vener, a representative for the former Blink-182 drummer, told People: "I can confirm that Travis filed [for divorce] this morning."
The couple have two children together, and their lives leading up to their marriage and their growing family were documented on the MTV reality show Meet The Barkers.
Moakler released a statement through her publicist, saying: "My only concern right now is for the welfare and best interests of my children."
In a response to support from fans, she used website MySpace to add: "I am very devestated [sic] and very much heartbroken over the demise of my marriage and for the upset of my family....I wanted nothing more to overcome the challenges we faced but failed."
