The 'When the Stars Go Blue' singer took to Twitter recently to confirm that she and husband Brett Desmond are expecting their first child.
"Thank you all so much for such lovely kind messages and well wishes. I'm so happy," Corr tweeted.
Corr is expected to give birth in the spring of 2012.
The star and Desmond, son of Irish billionaire Dermot Desmond, wed at St Joseph's Church in County Clare, Ireland in August 2009.
Corr released her second solo album Lifelines in May.
