Hugh Hefner, ex-fiancée Crystal Harris in custody battle over puppy

Hugh Hefner is in a custody battle over the puppy he shared with ex-fiancée Crystal Harris.

When Hefner and Harris called it quits in June, he told Harris that she could have their puppy named Charlie. However, the pair are allegedly still arguing over who should keep the dog.

Hefner told People: "We both love the puppy. I told her if she wants to keep the ring and the Bentley, then maybe I can keep the puppy. I [hope] we will work it out."

Hefner's Playboy magazine recently made headlines after offering its January/February cover to Lindsay Lohan.

The 85-year-old mogul revealed that he was the brains behind the concept for Lohan's cover shoot.

"The pictorial and the concept... it came from me. I think it was essentially mama [Dina Lohan] and the folks around her that kept pushing for less nudity," he said.

"And I said, 'We're doing a nude pictorial here. We're going to do it in a very classy way and we're going to do it in a way in which it will not be forgotten'."
