Katy Perry, Russell Brand 'spend Christmas 7,000 miles apart'

Katy Perry and Russell Brand spent Christmas 7,000 miles apart, according to reports.
The 'One That Got Away' singer enjoyed a festive vacation to Hawaii, while Brand celebrated Christmas Day at a pub in Cornwall, England, The Mirror claims.
The 36-year-old comedian is believed to have been in the South West county to support celebrity friend David Baddiel at a charity swim.
Other sources have suggested that Brand met with Perry on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai just before Christmas.
Rumours that the couple are suffering marriage troubles have circulated over the past month, though both Perry and Brand deny the allegations.
Perry recently joked that the press are making her life into a soap opera, posting on Twitter: "First I'm pregnant & then I'm divorced. What am I All My Children?!"
Brand, meanwhile, hit back at "wicked" reports of their separation in a US TV appearance.
"I've treated the whole internet now like it's a wicked little liar," he said. "Yeah. I am really happily married. I'm married to Katy. Perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge."
The Get Him to the Greek funnyman insisted this week that he takes his wedding vows seriously.
Brand and Perry married in October 2010.
