The rap mogul was represented by Jennifer Lopez's former manager Benny Medina until 2001, when he decided to represent himself.
Now the CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment has decided to work with Jeff Kwatinetz from The Firm, a talent management agency with clients ranging from Kelly Clarkson to Samuel L. Jackon.
According to PageSix Kwatinetz will work in "all areas including music, film, TV and branding".
