The Titanic star was spotted enjoying dinner with Erin Heatherton in Sydney, Australia shortly before Christmas, WENN reports.
The two have since been seen together in Los Angeles as well.
DiCaprio is currently shooting The Great Gatsby alongside Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire.
The actor was previously rumoured to be dating Alyce Crawford, a 21-year-old who has appeared on Australia's Next Top Model.
Before Crawford, DiCaprio was linked romantically to Gossip Girl actress Blake Lively. The two ended their relationship in October.
