The socialite had apparently been denied entry into the popular hotels following her August 2010 cocaine arrest prior to a planned visit to the Wynn Las Vegas resort.
Hilton appeared this week at a club inside the Wynn-owned Encore, officially bringing an end to the 15-month ban.
A representative for the hotel told TMZ: "Paris is welcome on the Wynn properties now."
Hilton pleaded guilty to charges of drug possession and obstructing an officer after her 2010 arrest and was ordered to pay a $2,000 (£1,293) fine and complete 200 hours of community service.
Earlier this year, Hilton made time during a promotional trip to India to hand out money to those less fortunate.
