Noel Gallagher shaken by "insane" shooting rampage

Noel Gallagher has expressed his shock at a shooting rampage that occurred minutes away from his Hollywood hotel.

The former Oasis singer discovered that he was staying near the spot where 27-year-old Tyler Brehm opened fire on motorists earlier this month.

"Woke up to the news that there'd been - and I quote - a shooting rampage not five minutes from my hotel!! A SHOOTING RAMPAGE!!!!!!!!!!" he wrote on his website.

"Apparently some kid just randomly shot seven people in the street before he was himself shot in the head by the cops!!!! What the f**k?? I love this place, but f**k me, that's insane."

Spice Girls executive John Atterberry died after being shot multiple times by Brehm on Sunset Boulevard.

Brehm injured two more people in the attack, before being shot dead by a pair of off-duty policemen.
