The King's Speech actress and the Two Ronnies comedian - as was previously reported - have been awarded CBEs for services to drama and entertainment respectively, while the Lorraine presenter has become an OBE for services to charity and the armed forces.
Bonham Carter said that she would accept the honour in memory of her father Raymond, who was left severely disabled after a routine operation went wrong.
"I always thought my father deserved a medal for facing 25 years of chronic disability with quiet daily heroism so I am delighted to accept such a wonderful honour in his memory," the star said.
Meanwhile, Kelly commented: "I consider myself very lucky to be able to help some amazing charities who really make a difference, but I am only a very, very small part of what they achieve."
Apple's Jonathan Ive, who was the lead designer of the iPod, iPhone and iPad, has been made a KBE (Knight Commander).
"I am keenly aware that I benefit from a wonderful tradition in the UK of designing and making," Ive acknowledged. "To be recognised with this honour is absolutely thrilling and I am both humbled and sincerely grateful."
Writer Clive James was made a CBE for services to literature and media, It's a Knockout host Stuart Hall collects an OBE for services to broadcasting and charity, and Sky News special correspondent Alex Crawford - who covered the Libyan civil war - also gets an OBE for services to broadcast journalism.
Former Endemol chairman Peter Bazalgette, who brought Big Brother to the UK, is knighted.
"To receive a knighthood is a delightful compliment and I'm acknowledging it as recognition for television's thriving independent production sector in general," he said.
Paul Smith, whose Celador Entertainment created Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, is recognised with a CBE, Homeland star David Harewood gets an MBE, and record producer Steve Lillywhite - famed for his work with U2, The Rolling Stones and Morrissey - collects a CBE.
Lillywhite quipped: "Who else from the world of punk rock has got one? It just seems outrageous for a man who worked with Siouxsie And The Banshees and The Lurkers to get one of these."
Golfers Darren Clarke and Rory McIlroy, who won this year's Open and US Open respectively, have received MBEs.
