The 'Nothing's Real But Love' singer said she could not understand why people would be "crazy" enough to mock a disease she had no control of.
"I've got really bad ecezema on my eyes. I suffer badly and I've had people making nasty comments," she told The Sun. "I get really hurtful remarks. When there are photos of me in magazines and stuff they've messaged me saying, 'Uuuurgh, what's that stuff above your eyes?'
"It's crazy though. It's eczema. You can't help having something like that. Why would someone sit there and say nasty comments like that? It's really sore and it's not nice for me. I can't see why people would want to attack you for that."
This summer, Ferguson lashed out at "vile and disgusting" Twitter bullies who attacked some of her younger followers.
