Usher challenges ex-wife custody filing

Usher has challenged his ex-wife Tameka Raymond's petition to have full custody of their children.

The 'Moving Mountains' singer faces losing access to 4-year-old Usher V and 3-year-old Naviyd after Raymond requested that their custody agreement be amended in November.

Raymond accused her ex-spouse of failing to uphold his responsibilities as a parent, claiming that the 33-year-old had neglected to get her permission to travel with their kids and hired nannies without her approval.

She also alleged that Usher closed her 5th Avenue credit card, despite agreeing not to.

According to TMZ, Usher has now filed a response to the legal battle and asked a judge to reject Raymond's apparently false allegations.

The pair divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage and currently share joint physical custody of the children.
