LeAnn Rimes tells fans: "Please stop discussing my ovaries"

LeAnn Rimes has asked fans on Twitter not to discuss her personal life.

The country star became annoyed when two of her followers on the social network site began speculating as to whether she was physically able of conceiving children with husband Eddie Cibrian.

"I have never even tried so please stop discussing my ovaries LOL," Rimes wrote.

One of the fans in question apologised following the tweet, responding: "lol sorry it was not meant to gossip or upset you..it was a honest coment...lol."

Rimes previously described her marriage to Cibrian as her "biggest accomplishment".

She has insisted that she has a sense of humour about stories which appear about the couple in the media, saying that she laughs off gossip about their relationship.
