Radio and TV personality Blake, who has been dating the beauty writer and author for about 18 months, revealed the news on the official Hamish and Andy Facebook and Twitter pages yesterday (January 3).
"Highlight of 2011? Proposing to Zoe! Couldn't be happier. She loved the rock. And said yes by the way," Blake wrote, posting a picture of his fiancée's hand with a large rock on top of her ring finger.
Blake's comedy partner Andy Lee later tweeted: "Lucky you put the 'H' at the end of the tweet mate cause people may have thought it was from me. Love to ya both. A"
The couple temporarily moved to America last year while Blake worked with Lee on TV show Hamish and Andy's Gap Year. However, they elected to return to Australia in the autumn, with Lee saying that they soon began to feel homesick.
A date for the wedding has not yet been announced.
