Rush Hour 2 star Sánchez gave birth to the pair's baby daughter Sebella Rose on Wednesday (January 4).
Sánchez and Winter announced the happy news in a pair of matching Twitter messgaes.
"Welcome to the world beautiful Sebella Rose Winter! Mami and Daddy adore you," the couple wrote, adding: "This joy is overwhelming. Thanks for all of the well wishes!"
The stars first revealed that they were expecting a baby in August 2011, when Sánchez blogged that she was "so blessed and excited" to meet her daughter.
Sánchez gained fame for playing Jackie Chan's love interest in Rush Hour 2 and has also starred in The Game Plan and the television series Without a Trace.
Winter, who is also an actor, recently signed on for the new TNT crime drama Scent of the Missing.
