Kim Kardashian designs shoe for Kate Middleton's 30th birthday - video

It's the question many of us were sure to ponder this weekend: just what do you get Kate Middleton for her 30th birthday?
One person who is ahead of the game is Kim Kardashian. The American socialite, chief designer at ShoeDazzleUK, has launched a special design to celebrate the occasion - appropriately named, 'The Duchess'.
Of the shoe (pictured above), the online retailer said: "The 4.5 inch heel and concealed platform in this shoe provides height and comfort, and is a style often graced at the hottest events by Kate. The subtle gold hardware featured on the back of the shoe delivers an understated air of opulent elegance, looking both high fashion and high society."
Meanwhile, in a special video message, Kardashian said: "I just wanted to wish the Duchess of Cambridge a really happy 30th birthday," adding: "Her style, I love personally, and I think that every woman should feel like a princess every day."
Kate Middleton, who this week announced that she will serve as patron of four charities, including Action on Addiction and the National Portrait Gallery in London, celebrates her 30th birthday on Monday, January 9.
