Heather Mills met up with a top US lawyer in London this week, according to a report.

The former model has sparked rumours that she plans to pursue her divorce through the American courts which offer higher payouts.

A source told the Daily Star, "Heather is prepared to listen to whatever advice she can get before making her decision. It's not like money is a problem, her husband will pick up the tab. However, it might just be that Heather is putting the pressure on, the last thing her husband wants is a divorce battle in America."
